Hardware/Software Requirements
  • Browser: Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Firefox 1.5 / Netscape 7.2 / Mozilla 1.7 or higher
  • Macromedia Flash Player plug-in installed (freeware application)
  • Any Internet connection to connect to Callshop Billing System WEB interfaces
  • An Internet connection in each point of installation of customer's VoIP equipment (gateways/IP phones/softphones) with upload/download bandwidth of at least 13 Kbps per each VoIP simultaneous call
  • Any standard SIP (preferably) or H.323 VolP equipment for call origination in case of VolP connection to Callshop Billing System
  • Spreadsheet processor (OpenOffice Calc or MS Excel) for effectively processing Tariffs
  • Display settings: Minimum screen resolution: 1024 x 768, Color palette: 16 bit color (minimum)
 
How to start?

  1. Choose VolP Callshop type and equipment according to your needs
  2. Fill in and send to sales@worldcall.be "callshop request"
  3. Connect the equipment to Internet, plug in phone booths and phone lines (PSTN Callshop only).
  4. Depend on VolP equipment type its initial configuration will be made automatically, remotely performed by our technicians or you will be provided with a simple configuration procedure
  5. Prepare and upload to the system your selling rates
