We are able to collect your calls using VoIP (H.323 and SIP
protocols) coming from any spot on the globe through Internet

How does it work?

The communication system we have built interconnects many different world’s leading telecommunication carriers. Its unique intelligent routing engine is able to apply for each incoming call the best route using multiple different criteria (even customer’s feedback!) depending on the type of service you have chosen and subscribed.
 
Types of service

For the moment Worldcall offers the following types of termination services (routing plans):
  • Premium
    Quality based routing. For each call system applies the best (judging from the statistics and customer’s feedback) route for the moment from the whole list of available routes. Guaranteed FAX transmission and CLI/ANI delivery. Recommended for Resellers (of home users and corporate clients). Available for all categories of customers.
  • Business
    Balanced quality-cost (quality predominating) routing. For each call system applies the highest-quality route from the list of cost-accepted available routes for the moment. Recommended for Service Providers, Resellers (of callshops, call centers, home users and corporate clients). Available for all categories of customers.
  • Wholesale
    Balanced cost-quality (cost predominating) routing. For each call system applies the cheapest route from the list of qualityaccepted available routes for the moment. Recommended for Service Providers. Not available for Resellers and End-users.
  • Direct per-carrier connection
    Pure traffic transit. System uses only the selected carrier(s) for all calls regardless the price and statistics for the called destination. Recommended for Service Providers. Not available for Resellers and End-users.
